Rachel & Ty – Beautiful Lewis & Clark College Wedding

Rachel and Ty are married! I met up with these two in St. Louis for their joy-filled wedding day. Rachel and Ty are both very kind and caring people who are a joy to work with.  The wedding day was such a wonderful time! We started the day with getting ready at Rachel’s vintage-decorated apartment and then met up with Ty and the rest of the bridal party at Ty and Rachel’s favorite church at Hanley Road. After that we went to do pictures (and then get them married!) at the most beautiful community college that I’ve seen, where Ty happens to teach: Louis and Clark Community College.

It was so wonderful being a part of Rachel and Ty’s wedding and being able to witness these and so many other precioius moments. Enjoy the photos! Congratulations to my favorite new St. Louis newlyweds! :)

Taylor & Alex – Outdoor Arkansas Summer Wedding

Taylor and Alex are married! Taylor’s been a wonderful friend of mine for a long while now. We’ve also been a part of quite a few weddings together, and she’s always been one of the most encouraging, caring, and spiritually grounded people I know.  And now it’s Taylor’s turn to get married! :)

Taylor and Alex are truly wonderful to work with, whatever the occasion, and their wedding was no exception. The wedding was at the scenic Abbe House bed and breakfast where a lot of the friends and family stayed for the weekend. The entire day was relaxed and intimate, with many personal touches added to make it a uniquely Taylor and Alex wedding. :) Part of the ceremony included acknowledging all the people that had impacted their lives for the better, which was one of many personal touches that were a part of the T&A wedding.

I’m super proud of these two and I’m excited to see what their future holds. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Farris!

Emily & James Married!

Emily and James are married! These two truly treasure and adore each other and it was an honor to be able to be a part of their wedding. :) I’ve known most of the Strate siblings for a while now so can confirm that their family are some of the sweetest and most genuine people you’ll find…and Emily and James fit right in. :)

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Jackson!

Sarah Jane & Tyler – Walters Farm Alabama Barn Wedding

Sarah Jane and Tyler are now officially married! I’ve always been a big fan of Sarah Jane — I’ve known her for many many years now, going to Harding together, being in a social club together, graduating together, and now helping tell the story of of that one time Sarah Jane got married to the love of her life. :) I haven’t known Tyler quite as long, but he complements SJ so well and is one of the nicest guys that you’ll meet. Together they’re quite the caring, compassionate, and serving, and super nice team. :)

Their wedding was right outside of Birmingham at Walters Farms. Despite the ominous skies and scattered rainstorms, everything turned out perfectly! The rain stopped just before the ceremony and then picked up again once everyone was back in the barn. Fearing that an outdoor wedding will be rained out is a bit of a traumatic experience, but the nighttime rain helped make for one of my favorite portraits! I wouldn’t have changed a thing. :)

Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Skinner! Enjoy a few of my photo favorites from the wedding!

Laci & Kyle – ShellB Acres Helena Alabama Outdoor Wedding

Laci and Kyle are married! These two kinda feel like family to me by now. I’ve known Laci for quite a while through college and through her super cool brothers (hah), and I’ve also known Kyle for a while now through Harding and through Jason and Rachel’s wedding. I know Laci and Kyle to be two of the most caring and passionate people, full of personality and wit, and very much in love with each other.

Their wedding was just outside of Birmingham in Helena at ShellB acres. The whole day was filled with so much happiness and laughter and I’m proud to be able to call these two souls my friends. Meet Mr. and Mrs. Johnson! :)

Katie & Zach – Paragould Arkansas Backyard Tent Wedding

Katie and Zach’s wedding story is here! It was such a joy to work with these two and their friends and family. Katie and Zach and their friends are some of the nicest people and made me feel like one of the crew. The day started with some pre getting ready skeet shooting and finished with the closest of family and friends surrounding Katie and Zach for their exit. It was quite the fantastic day and I couldn’t be happier for these two.

Enjoy a few of my favorites from their wedding! :)

Laura & Clay – Happy Little Rock Loft Wedding

Laura and Clay are two people that you can’t not fall in love with. They’re both incredibly welcoming, share high levels of sarcasm and appreciation of good humor, and are all around wonderful people who are also my friends. And they’re finally married!

Their ceremony and reception were at the pretty Loft 1023 venue. We also drove over to SoMa, Little Rock’s artsy corner of town, to do the portraits.

Here is their wedding day !

Ashley & Tyler Married!

Ashley & Tyler are married! It’s been a blessing being able to spend time with these two through their adventures of getting married. Here are a few of my favorites from their wedding. :)

Emily & Jon – Cambridge Inn & Puckett’s Columbia Tennessee Wedding

It was a quiet frosty morning at the Cambridge Inn where Emily, Jon, and their wedding party had stayed the previous night and were now getting ready for the day’s festivities. Jon was half singing half humming the Old Rugged Cross hymn to himself as he got ready.

I could feel the excitement emanating from  Emily and Jon as they finished up getting ready and walked outside to see each.

And… I’ll let the pictures tell the rest of the story. :) I couldn’t be happier to see these two together and see their relationship with God shine through their relationship with each other.

This is how Jon and Emily became a Mr. and Mrs. Andrews.
