Well after listening to this awesome song, I was inspired to do a little picture illustration thing. Took me quite a while to do, just because I was always tweaking it to get it how I wanted it. ;)

It was inspired by the song from Flame’s newest album, Our World: Redeemed. Originally I didn’t like the song as the distortion kinda reminded me of some secular rap songs that I’ve heard and somewhat despise. ;) However, after letting the lyrics soak in a little longer it really got to me…and it’s so relevant to my Christian struggle–the battle is in myself, between having more me in my life, or more God. To me it seems like everything hinges on these two opposites, I only hope that I will be able to continue to grow away from self and live more for Him each day.
