A Hiking Journey

Time after time it seems like these posts tend to have a subject on how busy my life is and how scatterbrained I am in general. I try to keep things kinda different, so I’ll avoid that.

Instead of just talking about how busy I am, I talk about talking about how busy I am.

On to finer things: I went hiking with some awesome people this weekend. We went somewhere in the ozarks, but that doesn’t really narrow it down at all.

Yep, the spider was checking out the camera.

Fun times.  I love how spending a day in nature puts you back into perspective.  God is still amazing.  His might and power is above all my petty life issues.  God is higher.

For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God?  It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.  He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to stand on the heights.

Buffalo River Camping Trip

Here are some more of the pictures.   It was a super great trip–a good time to enjoy nature and see the glory of God, spend time with some people that I don’t spend enough time with, and just to enjoy being away from civilization.

The nights and being super cold wasn’t my favorite, but everything else made up for it.  :)

Ozarks Panoramic

Just got back from a 2-day camping trip to Buffalo River in the Ozarks. Arkansas in general is pretty flat, but there are some nice exceptions. :-) God is so amazing.
